I’ve learned that when someone says, “I’m ok”, they don’t always mean it
I’ve learned that life is short
I’ve learned to count my blessings
I’ve learned that when you think you can’t go ONE MORE STEP, God says, “Yes, you can”
I’ve learned to find peace in the midst of a storm
I’ve learned who my REAL friends are and who truly has my back
I’ve learned to appreciate those real friends
I’ve learned that the one thing worse than not being able to comfort a sick baby, is not being able to comfort a sick parent
I’ve learned that when your world stops, everyone elses doesn’t
I’ve learned that the body really can function off of 4 hours of sleep
I’ve learned that God is the best comforter
I’ve learned that you never run out of tears
I’ve learned that crying cleanses the soul
I’ve learned to conjure up strength I didn’t know I had
I’ve learned that it’s not my timetable
I’ve learned the true meaning of the word patience
And finally……I’ve learned that God truly is in control
I have learned to help others even when you don’t have it to help.
You’re an amazing woman and caregiver.
Thank God for you’re strength.
Only get one mother.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’ve learned that I could never repay my mom for what she has done for me. But, I also have learned that there is no amount of money that could repay me for what I am doing for her. Somehow, believing that makes me feel better because I don’t think anyone can take care of mom as well as I can!
